Somewhere Out There

She often wonders what he’s up to.

He does so too.

She often wonders if he’s alright, if he’s smiling.

He does so too.

She often wonders if he misses her just as much as she misses him.

He does so too.

It’s been a little colder lately now that they are without the other. Time seems to move slower. The days become a tad dimmer. Such lonely lives they seem to live, being apart the way they are.

But she doesn’t mind.

He doesn’t too. 

Because they know that there is that someone who loves them somewhere out there
